Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a highly commercially minded, hybrid Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard product implementations and custom technical service contracts. The role combines managing structured SaaS deployments with high-value consulting engagements and data integration projects.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and client governance, coordinating with Customer Success to ensure deployments, training milestones, and tenancy configurations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Experience managing SaaS product implementations and consulting engagements.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and accounting coordination.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a blended portfolio of standard SaaS product deployments and custom digital services.
• Coordinate with CS to ensure deployments meet tenancy/config, training milestones.
• Deliver custom services including data integration and digital transformation assessments.
• Manage monthly forecasts and re-budgeting within EcoSys and with Project Accounting.
• Ensure contract boundaries between Fixed-Fee and T&M, and manage scope creep.
