Job summary

PCMI is hiring a Product Owner to set priorities, align teams around objectives, and approve work to maximize customer and business value. You will gather and evaluate feature requests, plan releases, and coordinate sprints for TruComply offerings.

You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product releases, translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria, and support user documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Product Owner or related role.
• Experience working at a software company.
• Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in Extended Warranty or Service Contract industry.
• Experience with ticketing software (Jira, Confluence, Service Bench).
• Experience on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests.
• Must have technical knowledge and understanding.
• Experience following Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs with customers and align the product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize Epics and stories with maximum value.
• Act as ambassador for the product and primary contact for questions.
• Identify and communicate the business model, value, and value proposition.
• Research industry/user trends to build a value-adding roadmap.
• Collaborate with Development on release plans and delivery of enhancements.
• Translate features into documented user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support development of user documentation and training materials.
