Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a highly commercially minded Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard SaaS implementations and custom professional services for public utilities. You will balance software deployments with high‑value consulting engagements, ensuring margins and revenue capture.

The role requires strong forecasting, billing discipline, and stakeholder management across engineering, sales, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create, maintain, and true‑up complex project schedules, time‑phased forecasts, and multi‑tiered labor budgets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, labor utilization, and Fixed‑Fee vs T&M billing rules.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum with PMI/waterfall delivery practices.
• Proficiency in complex data environments and advanced Excel/data analysis.
• Excellent coordination with engineering, sales, executives, and public utility clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a blended portfolio of standard SaaS implementations and custom digital services.
• Partner with CS to govern deployments, ensuring tenancy config, cloud deployment, mobile setups, user profiles, and training milestones.
• Deliver custom digital services and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Run monthly forecasts and re‑budget with project accounting to reflect execution.
• Perform portfolio cleanups and formal closeouts after contract periods and invoices are settled.
• Manage cash flow and invoicing to maximize revenue before period end.
• Monitor cost allocations and transfer mischarged hours to protect margins.
• Enforce boundaries between Fixed‑Fee subscriptions and Time & Materials work.
• Coordinate data integration pipelines across GIS, SCADA, CMMS integrations.
• Maintain transparency with Delivery Leader and surface risks with mitigations.
• Act as primary client contact, translating requests into actionable tasks for teams.
