Job summary

PCMI, LLC in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead TruComply implementations for new customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-tier customer experience. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and schedules, and build trusted client relationships while guiding projects through the SDLC.

Travel 10–20% nationally and internationally; commute to Park Ridge, IL two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP Certified, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software implementations on time and on budget with proactive issue resolution.
• Demonstrate multi-disciplinary team leadership using internal and external resources.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout all project phases.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and business vision.
• Ensure completion of deliverables, manage schedules, expectations, milestones, and project success.
• Maintain client satisfaction and communicate effectively with the development team.
