Job summary

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead customer implementations from kickoff through deployment and adoption.

The role combines project management, technical consulting, and field implementation at client sites across hospitals, universities, manufacturing facilities, and campuses. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3–5 years of software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, project management, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete implementation lifecycle for multiple customers.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, establish project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate implementation activities with customers and internal teams.
• Deliver instructor-led training on-site and virtually for customers.
• Manage risks, scope, and stakeholder communications.
