Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our stellar team. You would be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of client onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives.

This role serves as the primary project lead, ensuring that timelines, risks, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder communications are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM/implementation roles.
• Experience leading client-facing SaaS deployments.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and upgrades from planning to deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate communications across stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, QA, and client teams to ensure delivery.
• Identify risks and drive resolution across teams.
• Support planning in Agile environments and Jira/Confluence tracking.
• Ensure successful transition to business-as-usual support.
• Deliver client-focused project governance and outcomes.
