Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant with Corporate Actions to join our North America team. You will work with clients to implement a SaaS Corporate Actions & Income Processing platform, run data integration projects, and lead testing, training, and migration activities.

You will collaborate across internal teams, manage multiple work streams, and occasionally travel to client sites to deliver workshops and conversions.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs Corporate Actions, Dividends & Coupons experience from a financial institution or FinTech.
• 3 yrs experience as a conversions/implementation consultant, working on SaaS project delivery to Wealth or Capital Markets organisations.
• Demonstratable critical thinking and proactively driving successful conclusions.
• Client facing, and able to build good working relationships with clients whilst defending BR’s position.
• Experience on large scale projects with full project lifecycle and Governance.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple work streams and to challenge the detail.
• Data analysis including SQL & Excel.

Responsibilities

• User Testing Management & Reporting – triage issues with clients, track progress, and ensure focus on essential issues for milestones.
• Training – absorb APIs and product functionality to run client training sessions with materials and demos.
• Data Integration / Configuration Definition – map data integration and define configurations with clients.
• Migration/Conversion – assist in conversion strategy and runbooks, report issues from mocks to completion.
• Production Compare – participate in reconciliation of legacy outputs with BR’s solution, improve match rates.
• Production Readiness – complete checklists and ensure on-time project delivery into BAU.
• Collaboration – mentor junior team members and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel – travel to client sites to support workshops and conversions.
