Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding for a strategic SaaS application in North America.

You will oversee user testing, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate change control processes. Key responsibilities include managing testing strategy, planning and reporting; delivering internal and client training with materials and demonstrations; and identifying risks with mitigation strategies and escalation to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant or manager in SaaS project delivery to Wealth or Capital Markets organizations.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• 1 year of experience in team leadership, managing teams of up to 5 resources.
• Experience working in an agile environment with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage user testing strategy, planning, tracking, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution
• Plan and deliver internal and client training, including preparation of training materials and hands‑on demonstrations
• Identify project risks and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and timely escalation to ensure successful implementation
