Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in New York is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead client onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives. You will manage plans, risks, and communications, acting as the primary coordination point across internal and client teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong project management discipline, excellent communication, and experience guiding SaaS or enterprise deployments in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management, Implementation Management, Program Coordination, or related experience.
• Experience leading client-facing software implementation, onboarding, SaaS deployment, or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development environments, Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum in dynamic environments.
• Financial services, regulatory communications, enterprise software, or technology implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and enhancement projects from planning through production deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for project communications across internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, stakeholder discussions, and executive updates.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, QA, Client Services, Solutions, and client teams.
