This position is hybrid, assigned to a Broadridge location with 2-3 days remote work. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in client-facing implementations or delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of project management or related discipline.
• Technical background to manage complex technology-focused projects.
• Experience working independently with minimal guidance and applying best practices.
• Understanding of business processes, cross-functional collaboration, and how own area integrates with related teams.
• Awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of client-facing product or service projects from initiation through installation and completion.
• Manage implementations involving capital equipment, enterprise software, system integration, or consulting engagements.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure goals are achieved.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Systems Engineering, Product Development, and other stakeholders.
• Support delivery of new or enhanced products and services with a focus on improving customer satisfaction through technology.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and sensitive information clearly to stakeholders.
• May work on-site at client locations as needed.
