Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to manage onboarding and implementation for Catholic customers across segments. You will be the primary hands-on contact, ensuring accurate deployment of our product suite, and driving high adoption and satisfaction while maintaining a strong pipeline and KPI performance.

You will collaborate with Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success teams, delivering precise project plans and ROI demonstrations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding or customer success roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to improve client processes and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for Catholic customers.
• Become a product expert and set clear customer expectations.
• Deliver high-quality interactions and drive product adoption across multiple implementations.
• Coordinate with Product, Service Delivery and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and execute account plans and demonstrate ROI to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of the parish software market and competitive activity.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and provide timely reports.
