Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to manage the onboarding and implementation of Catholic customers across multiple segments in a hybrid Dallas, TX environment. You will become an expert in the Pushpay product suite, set expectations, and drive adoption while delivering high-quality customer interactions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, startup mindset, and collaboration with Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success teams to achieve KPIs and retain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS onboarding and implementation or Customer Success experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, critique and implement changes to client processes.
• Strong problem resolution skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Enjoys startup environment with proactive mindset and low supervision.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet deadlines.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Project manage onboarding and implementation of Catholic customers and pipeline KPIs.
• Become an expert in the Pushpay product suite and set customer expectations.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate with Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
• Build account plans tailored to each customer.
• Review accounts to show ROI and suggest process improvements.
• Develop existing customer relationships and maximize retention.
• Maintain knowledge of parish software market and competitors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals with timely reports.
