Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited in the United States is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to manage onboarding of Catholic customers across segments, delivering accurate, product‑driven implementations and outstanding post‑sale service. You will become an expert in the Pushpay product suite, coordinate with Product and Customer Success teams, and drive adoption while meeting KPI targets.

The role supports a hybrid work model with some remote states and requires a BA/BS and SaaS onboarding

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years SaaS onboarding or customer success experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to navigate objections and drive results.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project manage onboarding and implementation for Catholic customers and pipeline.
• Become an expert in the Pushpay product suite and set expectations.
• Deliver high-quality interactions, drive product adoption and manage multiple implementations.
• Coordinate with Product, Service Delivery and Customer Success teams.
• Build and execute account plans tailored to each account.
• Review accounts to highlight results, analyze metrics and demonstrate ROI.
