The Implementation Specialist II will project-manage implementations, drive adoption, and optimize onboarding across multiple client relationships in a hybrid US-based setup.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 3+ years of SaaS onboarding or customer success experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills; experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and thrive in a startup environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Project manage implementations, manage a pipeline, and meet KPIs while becoming an expert in the Pushpay product suite.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions, drive product adoption, and manage multiple implementations.

• The Implementation Specialist II manages customer onboarding and post-sale service, ensuring Pushpay remains the market leader in digital giving.
• This role requires a blend of technical and customer-interaction skills, a drive for excellence, and the ability to navigate objections.

What You'll Do:

• Project manage implementations, manage a pipeline, and meet or exceed KPIs while becoming an expert in the Pushpay product suite.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions, drive product adoption, and manage multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Build account plans, review account metrics, and recommend process changes to enhance ROI and retention.

What You'll Bring:

• BA/BS degree and 3+ years of SaaS onboarding and implementation or customer success management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills, with experience using CRM software like Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships, prioritize workload, and work in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
