Shopmonkey is seeking an Associate Payments Adoption Manager to identify and enable customers to maximize Shopmonkey Payments, blending embedded payments knowledge with proactive outreach. The role supports both remote and hybrid arrangements for California-based teammates, with in-office collaboration 2-3 days a week in Morgan Hill.

You will work cross-functionally to tailor plans, analyze rates, and promote card processing solutions that fit shops’ workflows, while driving adoption and revenue

Formación

• Experience in a B2B SaaS and Embedded Payments environment.
• Ability to collaborate and lead by example.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to articulate product value.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect into our customer base to maximize Shopmonkey Payments.
• Collaborate with Leadership to grow shop volume and payments impact.
• Conduct in-depth rate analysis on internal and competitor rates.
• Become an expert in card processing for online and in-person transactions and promote card readers and fintech solutions.
• Ensure customers are supported and successful with Shopmonkey Payments.
• Develop knowledge of Shopmonkey core and Payments offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
• Oversee CRM usage and data integrity.
• Meet and exceed monthly quota and KPI targets.
