Job summary

RouteGenie is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success team in Nashville. You will manage end-to-end implementations, lead hands-on training, and serve as the primary contact through go-live, ensuring successful adoption of our SaaS platform.

The role is hybrid, based in Nashville, with about 50% travel. We offer a competitive salary range and opportunities to grow within a fast-moving, customer-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (implementation, account management, training, or support).
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple customer implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from contract signature through successful implementation, configuring the platform for customers.
• Guide customers through go-live and drive time-to-value with rapid adoption.
• Track progress against go-live targets and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct live training sessions on-site and remotely, adapting to customer needs.
• Develop customized onboarding plans and training materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document technical requirements clearly.
