Job summary

Ecotrak in the United States seeks an Implementation Consultant to own the customer journey from signed contract through go-live on the Ecotrak platform. This hands-on role blends project management, customer consulting, and software configuration to deliver organized, high-quality implementations.

You’ll gather requirements, configure site hierarchies, manage data migration and integrations, train users, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure customers go live

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or project management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort configuring software directly; hands-on platform setup beyond project planning.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive to end-user communication.
• Clear, structured communication, including meetings, updates, and documentation.
• Proficient with data handling: spreadsheets, CSV imports, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation plan for each customer, including timelines and milestones.
• Lead status calls with stakeholders, provide clear progress updates and decisions.
• Manage multiple implementations to meet go-live dates with quality.
• Identify scope changes and risks early and escalate with a recovery plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blockers and keep implementations moving.
• Create and deliver training and documentation for customers to operate the platform post-launch.
