Zusammenfassung

FlexPoint seeks an Implementation Specialist to take MSP customers from contract to live in 30 days, owning onboarding, PSA and accounting integrations, payment migrations, and customer training. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a smooth launch and strong early adoption.

You’ll lead the onboarding pipeline, run weekly reviews, create self-serve resources, and help scale our automation efforts to accelerate value delivery for our clients.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success or technical support, taking customers from contract to go-live.
• Hands-on experience with software integrations or data migrations; comfortable troubleshooting sync errors and setup issues.

Aufgaben

• Get customers live by guiding them from sales handoff through kickoff, setup, and launch with clear milestones.
• Own integrations by configuring and testing PSA and accounting integrations; document workflows and confirm first successful payment.
• Run payment migrations, coordinating with customers, Product and Engineering to finish on time without disruption.
• Train customers with live sessions on invoicing, notifications and reconciliation; help build self-serve learning content.
• Drive adoption by ensuring features like AutoPay, notifications, stored payment methods and Same-Day ACH are used.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews with leadership to track progress and blockers.
• Catch risks early with recovery plans to prevent lost accounts.
• Solve onboarding tickets and escalate when needed; write help-center articles and automate repetitive steps.
• Hand off graduated customers to the Customer Success Manager with a clear goals and growth plan.
