Job summary

FlexPoint is a rapidly growing venture-backed SaaS provider of payments and financial solutions for the MSP industry. As Implementation Specialist, you’ll take new MSP customers from signed contract to live in 30 days, owning onboarding tech, migrations, and training.

You’ll work with Customer Success, run the onboarding pipeline, lead weekly reviews, and build self‑serve guides to scale. This remote, full-time role focuses on delivering smooth payments migrations and high customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with software integrations or data migrations.
• Strong project management with multiple accounts and clear next steps.
• Clear, calm communication with finance teams and business owners.
• Strong writing skills for help articles and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from kickoff to live, with milestones.
• Configure and test PSA and accounting integrations and document workflows.
• Move stored payment methods from legacy processors.
• Deliver live training on invoicing, notifications and reconciliation.
• Drive feature adoption like AutoPay and Same-Day ACH.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews with leadership.
• Identify early risks and execute recovery plans.
• Handle onboarding tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Create in-app guides and automate repetitive tasks.
• Handoff graduated customers to CSM with goals.
