Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to drive secure, scalable, and repeatable SaaS deployments for enterprise utilities.

You will own technical workstreams, configure identity, verify integrations, and guide data migrations and environment setup to ensure live readiness. This remote role requires up to 25% travel and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS experience in enterprise or utility sectors is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable configurations.
• Proactive problem solving with strong debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation workstream from kickoff to go-live for enterprise deployments.
• Lead technical discovery around environments, identity systems, integrations, and deployment requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable configuration and deployment plans aligned with platform standards.
• Define decisions with maintainability in mind and document them for future rollouts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to ensure alignment with rollout strategy.
• Document technical activities to support transparency and repeatability.
