Job summary

Findhelp in Nashville is seeking an Implementation Manager for the Implementation Services team, the technical and project management engine of the Customer Success organization. You will onboard customers, own the core journey from contract to Initial Value, and drive structured project plans with speed and precision.

The role requires a BS/BA, 3+ years in SaaS implementation or PM, and the ability to translate workflows into data integrations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in implementation, customer success, project management, or technical PM in SaaS.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tracking tools.
• Technical fluency to learn, translate workflows into data integration configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales-to-Service handoff and lead the full implementation lifecycle.
• Lead User Scoping, Workflow Validation, and Technical/Integration Design sessions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as liaison for complex integrations or custom requirements.
• Execute project plans and track key deliverables with defined timelines.
• Develop 30/60/90-day portfolio progress reports for leadership visibility.
• Complete Go-Live Readiness Assessments prior to launch.
• Share project management best practices within the team.
