Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations that help operators work safely and keep communities connected to critical infrastructure.

You will gather requirements, configure software, train client teams via Train-the-Trainer, and provide ongoing client support, translating business needs into Irth configurations while communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Irth software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Gather requirements and facilitate business requirements sessions with clients to understand objectives and determine feasibility.
• Configure and customize software according to client needs and translate requirements into implementation plans.
• Guide clients through system configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach to develop internal client SMEs.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, issue tracking, and client sign-off to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate project status information, documentation, and time-entry records.
