Job summary

Sunlight is seeking an Implementation & Support Manager to own the full post-sale implementation lifecycle—from sales handoff through training, activation, support, and long-term adoption. You will build a scalable operating system with playbooks, templates, and role-based training to ensure consistent delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and scaling post-sale implementations in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Ability to create standardized processes and playbooks that work across multiple customers and geographies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication to align Sales, Product, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the end-to-end implementation process from kickoff to adoption.
• Create a scalable handoff framework from Sales to Implementation with clear ownership and timelines.
• Build reusable onboarding templates and scalable implementation workflows.
