Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects from start to finish with clear client communication.
• Deliver projects within KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct post-sale meetings to gather requirements for configuration.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations, scope, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives and resources across teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates and executive reporting.
• Document requirements, plans, and process diagrams, ensuring traceability.
