Job summary

Tangent International is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own the customer journey from post-sale handover to successful delivery and transition into Customer Success. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, manage scope and timelines, and coordinate with technical teams for complex integrations.

The role sits between project management and hands-on technical consulting, requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into practical platform

Qualifications

• Recent experience delivering external customer software implementations.
• Experience owning implementation projects end to end.
• Strong workshop and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience managing project scope, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Hands-on experience configuring SaaS or business software.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from post-sale handover through to completion and transition into Customer Success.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and implementation workshops.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, scope, dependencies and risks.
• Translate customer requirements into practical implementation actions.
• Configure the platform and support standard implementation activity directly.
• Coordinate with Solution Consultants on complex integrations or configuration requirements.
• Manage customer communication, expectations and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.
• Deliver customer training and enablement.
• Identify blockers early and drive issues through to resolution.
• Support a smooth handover into ongoing Customer Success and support.
