Job summary

Silicon Valley Search Group in New York seeks a Head of Implementation to architect and scale our customer delivery function. This player-coach role leads the implementation strategy while remaining hands-on with complex deployments, defining delivery standards and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

You will build scalable processes, train the team, map processes, ensure smooth go-lives for strategic accounts, and drive data visibility and operational efficiency as the company

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience leading and scaling an implementation or delivery team.
• Strong understanding of business process workflows, systems, and integrations.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the implementation team, including hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Define team structure, roles, and performance expectations.
• Establish delivery standards and best practices.
• Stay hands-on with complex deployments and oversee end-to-end onboarding.
• Ensure successful go-lives for key accounts.
• Design repeatable playbooks and workflows.
• Improve tooling, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Drive consistency across implementations as the company scales.
• Translate business and operational requirements for customers.
• Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and client workflows.
• Work with Product and Engineering to surface insights and influence product direction.
• Track delivery metrics and team performance; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions; ensure high customer experience.
