Job summary

Hussle is looking for an Onboarding Manager to oversee customer onboarding and implementation. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring speed to launch and quality, engaging with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms and project management. This position offers a collaborative office environment and significant opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, or Project Management roles.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in enablement tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers from contract signature through launch.
• Drive customers to launch within defined timeframes (typically 30-90 days).
• Guide customers on best practices for content structure and communication strategy.
