Job summary

Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role supports customers through their implementation journey, ensuring value from our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and skilled at configuring solutions and delivering effective training.

The role is hybrid to our Irving, TX office, requiring attendance three days per week. Travel internationally approximately one week per month is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Aviation or aerospace experience is a plus and knowledge of the FOX Training Management System is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.
• Understand customer needs and help define and build solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption.
• Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience.
