Job summary

Unily is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead successful implementations and optimizations for North America and EMEA regions. You will partner with clients, manage end-to-end projects, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role combines project management expertise, client-facing skills, and operational excellence to ensure positive outcomes and scalable delivery across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related roles.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Background in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software implementation or SaaS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives and delivery methodology.
• Track milestones, timelines and deliverables to achieve key client outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional team activities.
• Manage scope, budget and timeline with clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
