Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management, client delivery, or related software implementation roles.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Background in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software implementation or SaaS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives.
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional team activities.
• Maintain quality, scope, budget, and client expectations.
• Collaborate across internal teams and manage client communications.
