Job summary

Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. The role focuses on guiding customers through SaaS implementations, ensuring they gain value from our platform, and delivering effective training. The position is hybrid to Beloit, WI, with 3 days in the office.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and adept at configuring solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. Travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for customers.
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and adapt to client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for customer success.
• Aviation or aerospace exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.
• Understand customer needs and map them to our SaaS platform solutions.
• Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience.
• Travel internationally ~1 week per month to support customers.

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role will support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt and get value from our SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable understanding business needs, configuring solutions, and delivering effective customer training.

This role is hybrid to our Beloit, WI office with the expectation of attending the office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.
• Understand customer needs and help define and build solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption.
• Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Experienced in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Learning new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Aviation or aerospace experience is an advantage as well as knowledge of the FOX Training Management System.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month.
