Job summary

Unily is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead implementations and optimizations for clients in North America and beyond. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate professional services, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery and value realization.

The role emphasizes project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence within a hybrid work model in North America. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Agile/Scrum certifications a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives.
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to achieve client outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate resources and cross-functional team activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Guide teams from kickoff to go-live and through transition to support.
