Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States seeks a role that blends project management, customer success, and technology implementation. You will lead customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

You will act as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams, gather requirements, manage documentation, and drive customer satisfaction while adopting OpenBlue Employee software.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience.
• Experience with SaaS implementations or customer onboarding projects.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with software or system configuration.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from kickoff through completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Act as the liaison between customers and technical teams; gather requirements and manage documentation.
• Drive customer satisfaction and successful adoption of technology solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Train users and stakeholders on system capabilities and best practices.
• Create and maintain project documentation (plans, agendas, minutes, status reports).
