WorkMarket by ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact for clients. You will drive adoption, support client needs, and ensure a positive experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring clients maximize the value of WorkMarket in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account/relationship management or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to help clients utilize the WorkMarket platform.
• Monitor account activity and client engagement to identify concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve client issues by partnering with Product, Implementation, Operations, and other teams.
• Proactively identify risks and drive successful outcomes with stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of WorkMarket products, features, and industry trends.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records and action plans.
