Job summary

Thread HCM is seeking an Account Executive to prospect, call on, and close deals for our SaaS payroll and workforce management platform. You will build and manage Salesforce-like pipelines, develop partner networks with brokers and banks, and upsell existing clients through targeted campaigns.

You will travel to trade shows and ensure quarterly/annual quotas are met, maintaining a high level of integrity and professional client service.

Qualifications

5+ years of successful B2B sales in payroll, HCM, HRIS, Benefits, or related HR services.
Ability to attain and exceed sales quotas.
Skilled at prospecting for new clients and developing relationships with referral sources.
Access to decision-makers and a proven close track record.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

Prospect, call on, and sell a SaaS-based HCM platform.
Identify, qualify, and track partner relationships (brokers, CPAs, banks, HR consultants).
Qualify and upsell current clients through campaigns.
Record sales activities in CRM and maintain pipeline reports.
Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in quarterly/annual reviews.
Quote prices and prepare sales contracts; travel to trade shows as needed.
Conduct 30/60/90-day follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
Honor integrity and take ownership of the sales process.
