Coastal Payroll is hiring a California-based Account Executive/HCM Sales Consultant to help employers upgrade how they run payroll and manage people—without the headaches. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.

You'll run discovery, present HCM solutions, and close new business while hitting monthly and annual targets. Work remotely and partner with implementation/payroll teams to hand off new clients smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll sales experience (HCM/HR tech/SaaS adjacent works too).
• Strong consultative selling, presenting, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working fully remote.
