Job summary

Asure is seeking an account executive focused on selling SaaS-based HCM solutions to top revenue clients in the United States. You will build relationships, profile needs, conduct discovery calls, and work with internal experts to close deals.

You will manage client accounts, deliver compelling value presentations, and leverage Salesforce.com and virtual tools to win new business and expand the client footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Experience selling HCM or HR software solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting and Webex.

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with Asure's top revenue clients to uncover opportunities for Asure's HCM solutions.
• Prospect and develop client opportunity profiles to generate sales engagements.
• Conduct discovery calls and partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and sales resources to close new business.
• Profile clients and key contact points and establish Client Opportunity Profiles.
• Manage existing client accounts through long-term relationships with key client contacts.
• Deliver high-impact presentations highlighting additional value to clients.
