Job summary

Salesforce is seeking high-energy, quota-carrying sales professionals to grow our Employee Service solutions portfolio, including HR service and ITSM capabilities. The Account Executive will drive pipeline, engage HR, IT, and operations stakeholders, and collaborate with engineers and marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.

The role sits in the Emerging Business organization and requires strategic execution within a designated vertical to expand Salesforce’s employee service offerings

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR Service Management, ITSM, or ITOM.
• Proven experience in solution selling and value-based selling to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms, IT operations, and the ITIL framework.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with a track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate pipeline, and drive revenue attainment within your designated vertical.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting employee service transformation across HR and IT.
• Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome-based solutions.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.
