Job summary

Payentry is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue by expanding partnerships and adding new clients in the US market. The role requires sourcing opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and engaging key decision makers through a mix of networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or marketing, with SaaS experience, and will operate in a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience.
• SaaS applications sales to small business and C-Suite is preferred.
• Direct payroll sales experience preferred (12+ months).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop partnerships and direct clients to grow revenue.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and qualify opportunities.
• Research and build relationships with new partners.
• Meet potential partners and clients via networking.
• Schedule meetings with decision makers and handle objections to close deals.
• Attend industry events and provide market trend feedback.
• Use Zoho CRM to track opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with all levels of a corporation.
• Stay persistent in pursuing opportunities and address client needs.
• Refer customers to the BIG 4 services.
