Job summary

IFS is seeking a Business Operations Manager for North America to partner with the CRO and senior sales leaders. You will own the operating rhythm, support forecasting, GTM planning, and QBR processes while turning data into actionable insights that drive growth.

In this high-growth SaaS environment, you will collaborate across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align revenue priorities and execute strategic initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, RevOps, Consulting, or similar.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the business operating rhythm including pipeline councils, performance reviews, and QBRs.
• Own and support forecasting, including pipeline assessment and scenario planning (worst case, best case) to support leadership decision-making.
• Support the GTM planning process as part of the annual sales strategy cycle, including segmentation, resource allocation, territory design, coverage models, and quota setting.
• Derive actionable insights into business health and act as a trusted partner to sales leaders in defining corrective actions and strategic priorities.
• Partner across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align on revenue priorities.
• Lead the design and execution of key strategic initiatives in North America, ensuring follow-through from concept to measurable business outcome.
