Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst in Florida to partner with multiple business units and provide analytical support for data-driven decisions. You will forecast revenue, analyze SaaS metrics, and collaborate with leaders across the organization.

The role emphasizes GAAP, ASC 606 concepts, and advanced Excel modeling while leveraging Workday, Salesforce, and Adaptive Planning to deliver insights that influence strategy and annual plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 2+ years of FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or SaaS financial analysis.
• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or PE-backed company preferred.
• GAAP and SaaS concepts including deferred revenue, ARR, churn and bookings.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint for exec presentations.
• Workday, Salesforce and Adaptive Planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner to multiple business units, providing analytical support and helping drive accountability across departments.
• Analyze monthly close results and communicate key drivers to the CFO and business unit leaders.
• Update and maintain forecasts in Workday’s Adaptive Insights and in financial models.
• Provide strategic and tactical decision support through ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper coding and accruals during monthly close.
• Track and analyze SaaS KPIs such as ARR, CAC, CLTV, gross and net retention, payback, and contribution margin.
• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to executive leadership under tight deadlines.
• Drive improvements in current models and contribute to automation and system enhancements.
