Job summary

ECI is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our Finance organization. This role will provide financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support to help business leaders understand financial performance and drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A fundamentals with particular experience analyzing revenue, gross profit, forecasts, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A with forecasting and revenue analysis.
• Ability to develop financial models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts and identify drivers of variance.
• Assist with recurring forecasts and provide updated outlooks based on performance and trends.
• Support scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis for Finance and business leadership.
• Analyze revenue performance, trends, forecast accuracy, and underlying drivers.
• Develop financial analysis around revenue by customer, service, or other dimensions.
• Analyze gross profit and margin performance and identify changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Support revenue forecasting and improve visibility into future revenue performance.
• Partner with Finance and operational teams to understand variances between forecasted and actual revenue.
• Assist with analysis of recurring revenue, project/service revenue, and other revenue streams as appropriate.
• This heavier revenue focus is intentional; FP&A priorities include revenue forecast accuracy and gross-profit reporting.
