Job summary

Lupa Pets is seeking a hands-on Onboarding Specialist to manage veterinary practice onboardings end-to-end. You will train staff, optimize workflows, and ensure a smooth transition to our AI-native platform.

In this role, you’ll juggle multiple deployments, align customer needs with product development, and keep stakeholders informed. You’ll work closely with customers in the US market and collaborate with our London HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding or customer-facing PM.
• Experience guiding users through software transitions.
• Strong time management and multi-project handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of onboardings from kick-off to go-live.
• Train practice staff on the platform tailored to confidence levels.
• Consult on workflows and improve deployment processes as we scale.
• Coordinate multiple deployments and keep stakeholders informed.
• Be the bridge between customers and product with field insights.
• Drive continuous process improvements during scaling.
