Vetcove is seeking an Onboarding and Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding for veterinary clinics on our platform. You will mentor 5+ Onboarding Specialists and set the standard for implementation—from kickoff to post-launch—ensuring long-term success for clinics.

You will drive cross‑functional alignment with product, engineering, strategy, and support, travel up to 10–15% to client sites as needed, and scale processes, templates, and tooling for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects.
• At least 2 years in people management.
• Experience leading teams in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scalable processes.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists.
• Own end-to-end onboarding strategy and lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison between clinics and internal teams.
• Define project goals, metrics, and delivery standards.
• Guide migrations of workflows to the new platform.
• Build scalable processes, templates, and tooling.
• Oversee training and support for deployments.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
