Job summary

Lupa Pets is seeking a Deployment/Implementation professional to lead end-to-end deployment of our AI-native platform into veterinary practices from kickoff to live adoption. You will work closely with engineering, product, and field teams to redesign workflows around Lupa, ensuring high-quality, durable deployments.

Role involves training, stakeholder presentations, and expanding deployments as we enter the US and other markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deployment, implementation, forward deployment, or solutions engineering role (ideally at a top-tier consultancy, B2B SaaS, or tech company)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent deployments without sacrificing quality or trust
• Comfort engaging at all levels of a customer organisation, from practitioners to executives

Responsibilities

• Own the full deployment of Lupa into veterinary practices, from kickoff to live adoption
• Immerse yourself in practice workflows and redesign around Lupa’s AI-native platform
• Synthesize field feedback into a clear product roadmap impact
• Partner with Engineering and Product to translate clinical problems into scalable improvements
• Lead training sessions to drive genuine adoption
• Present deployment outcomes and roadmaps to stakeholders
• Build and deliver demos to win new customers and expand existing ones
• Scope new deployment opportunities as we push into the US and new markets
