Nordhealth is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding journey for veterinary customers in the UK, delivering both remote and onsite training and configuring Provet to fit each clinic’s workflows. You will work closely with independent practices, mid-market groups, and large accounts, traveling regularly within the UK and collaborating across teams to ensure successful go-lives.

• Experience in a fast-growing global SaaS company.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
• Willing to travel regularly for onsite customer visits across the UK.
• UK driving license and access to a car.

• Excellent communication skills with non-technical users.
• Veterinary background or experience with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects end to end from scoping to go-live.
• Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the UK.
• Configure and customize Provet to each customer's clinical workflows.
• Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices and large accounts.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Share knowledge within the team and support colleague growth.
