Job summary

Lupa is building a category-defining product for veterinary practices and pet parents, offering an AI-native platform that consolidates scheduling, client communication, documentation, and care guidance. This role supports onboarding, training, and deployment efforts as we scale in the US and beyond.

You will own end-to-end deployments, train practice staff, and help redesign workflows to leverage our AI-enabled tooling, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver repeatable

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS implementation, deployment, onboarding, or customer-facing project management role.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously without slipping.
• Experience working directly with end users through a software transition; you know how to bring sceptical people along.
• Veterinary, healthcare, or clinical workflow experience (nice to have).
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS deployment cycles, from scoping through go-live (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of veterinary practice onboardings end-to-end, from kick-off to fully live team.
• Train practice staff on the Lupa platform, adapting to different levels of confidence and background.
• Consult on veterinary workflows, redesignating operations around AI-native tooling.
• Project manage multiple deployments, maintain timelines, keep stakeholders informed.
• Bridge customer needs and product, feed insights from the field to improve delivery.
• Help improve deployment processes as we scale and fix issues, not just flag them.
