Job summary

Lupa is building a category-defining AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents in New York. The Deployment role focuses on taking Lupa live in clinics, redesigning workflows around the platform, and driving adoption through training and demonstrations.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to scale deployments, shape roadmaps, and ensure customer success as we expand in the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in deployment, implementation, forward deployment, or solutions engineering roles at top-tier firms.
• Track record of managing multiple concurrent deployments without sacrificing quality or trust.
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of a customer organization, from practitioners to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deployment of Lupa into veterinary practices, from kickoff to live operations.
• Immerse in practice workflows and redesign around Lupa’s platform.
• Synthesize field feedback into product and roadmap improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to translate practices into scalable platform changes.
• Lead training sessions that drive genuine adoption.
• Present deployment outcomes to stakeholders from practice owners to executives.
• Build and deliver demos to win new customers and expand existing ones.
• Scope new deployment opportunities as we expand to the US and international markets.
