Job summary

Unily, a leading AI-native employee experience platform, is hiring a Contracts Manager in the United States (NJ). This role supports both new business and renewals, negotiates agreements, drafts amendments, and maintains contract templates while coordinating with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders.

You will manage high‑volume contracting requests, ensure compliance with approved templates, and drive efficient contract progression across a broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, legal operations, sales operations, renewals, or similar business support roles.
• Experience preparing and managing contracts, amendments, templates, or other business documents in a software or SaaS environment is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes with short turnaround times.
• Excellent attention to detail and robust version control and records management.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; ability to learn Salesforce, SharePoint, Conga, and SimpleDocs.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer agreements, MSAs, order forms, amendments, renewal agreements, and other contracts.
• Coordinate contracting requests and questions from Sales, Account Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Manage contract negotiations with customers and their legal or procurement teams; escalate complex or high‑risk matters.
• Prepare and adapt standard templates for new business and renewals; move customers to current terms where needed.
• Draft renewal amendments, MSA amendments, substitution agreements, and other support documents.
• Maintain templates and ensure correct contracting positions are used.
