Job summary

Unily Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to support new business and renewals, drafting and negotiating customer agreements, MSAs, and amendments. You will coordinate with Sales, Legal, Privacy, and Finance, manage templates, and ensure accurate contract records across systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes with short turnaround times in a hybrid environment. Prior SaaS contracting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, legal operations, or sales operations.
• Experience preparing and managing contracts, amendments, templates, or similar documents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume requests with tight turnarounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and strict document version control.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, SharePoint, Conga, and SimpleDocs.
• Interest in expanding commercial contracting knowledge over time.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft customer agreements, MSAs, order forms, and amendments.
• Negotiate terms for new business and renewals while following approved positions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and other teams to obtain approvals.
• Maintain template versions and ensure correct contracting positions are used.
• Manage contracting workflow and keep contract records in systems.
